El Ayuntamiento se sitúa sobre la que fuera la antigua cárcel y Casa del Concejo de la ciudad. El edificio fue reconstruido en el siglo XVIII y en su fachada destacan dos cañones colocados en la entrada y el escudo de Fregenal, en el que aparece un libro abierto, una espada sumada y dos fresnos, y como remate la corona real. En la esquina izquierda de la fachada, adosada a la misma, está parte del que posiblemente fuera el antiguo rollo de Fregenal. En el interior se encuentra un ara sepulcral procedente del yacimiento arqueológico de Nertóbriga.

The City Council is located on what was the old jail and House of the City Council. The building was rebuilt in the 18th century and on its façade there are two cannons placed at the entrance and the Fregenal coat of arms, in which an open book, a combined sword and two ash trees appear, and the royal crown as a finishing touch. In the left corner of the façade, attached to it, is part of what was possibly the old Fregenal scroll. Inside there is a sepulchral altar from the Nertóbriga archaeological site.

Le conseil municipal est situé sur ce qui était l'ancienne prison et la maison du conseil municipal. Le bâtiment a été reconstruit au 18ème siècle et sur sa façade il y a deux canons placés à l'entrée et les armoiries de Fregenal, dans lesquelles apparaissent un livre ouvert, une épée combinée et deux frênes, et la couronne royale comme touche finale. Dans le coin gauche de la façade, attachée à celle-ci, fait partie de ce qui était peut-être l'ancien rouleau de Fregenal. À l'intérieur se trouve un autel sépulcral du site archéologique de Nertóbriga.

Der Stadtrat befindet sich im ehemaligen Gefängnis und Haus des Stadtrats. Das Gebäude wurde im 18. Jahrhundert wiederaufgebaut und an seiner Fassade befinden sich zwei Kanonen am Eingang und das Fregenal-Wappen, in dem ein offenes Buch, ein kombiniertes Schwert und zwei Eschen sowie die königliche Krone als Abschluss erscheinen. In der linken Ecke der Fassade befindet sich ein Teil der möglicherweise alten Fregenal-Schriftrolle. Im Inneren befindet sich ein Grabaltar aus der archäologischen Stätte von Nertóbriga.
